My wife and I were extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided by Jon and Traci of JTM Plumbing. Traci kept us informed as to when Jon would arrive and he was on time, was extremely professional and courteous and got right to work. I found the price to be fair and reasonable as well. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

Called the company late afternoon and they came the next morning. They arrived on time, calling before coming out. They thoroughly researched the problem and found a leaky valve which was repaired and 2 other valves were also made secure, and a pipe was tightened. The whole thing took 20 minutes. The repairs are guaranteed. They were polite, friendly, and very professional. Will use their service again.

We had a drain under the washing machine that kept backing up during the rinse cycle. The problem was fixed, and the service was great! I would do business again, and I also got $20 off my first service with an Angie's list coupon. So it was only $70 to fix the issue.

John is the owner, he is an excellent guy I can bet you will like him as well when you meet him. Very nice, professional and up front, no games, lies and very helpful. After using his service first time in 2010 I call him every time he is very prompt on time.

John arrived promptly and was friendly, and found the problem almost immediately. HE fixed it right away and we have had no further problems.

I highly recommend JTM Plumbing! Jon and Traci were great to work with as well as their assistant plumber, Greg. I recently had a plumber that did poor quality work and incorrectly diagnosed a problem. I contacted JTM Plumbing and, because of their excellent work, I now have peace of mind regarding my plumbing concerns. I referred them to my daughter and she was also very happy with their work.

Great and helpful communication from both Traci and Jon. Ran into a few complications along the way with the installation and Jon fixed them without extra charge. Pleasant and efficient. Will definitely contact this company again for any plumbing work.

The day of the appoinment Traci called and asked if it was okay to come early. I agreed and Jon was at my house 20 minutes later. Jon was prompt, professional and polite. He quickly fixed my various plumbing issues in both bathrooms and even tighten the toilets seats. Jon cleaned up his mess and assured me that he would return if any of his work did not hold up. JTM does fast, quailty work at a fair price. I would certainly use JTM Plumbing again and I will recommend them to any friends or family.

Came out and fixed with new knob, when it still leaked and twisted without turning on, came out the next day and replaced the stem and handles, did not charge for the labor the next day! Totally professional and honest.

Traci was very courteous and professional on the phone. I work close to home and they worked with me and let me know when John was going to be around about 20 minutes in advance. John was professional and extremely courteous. It was a very wet day and he always took his shoes off, and even dried off his equipment as he brought it in. He fixed a particularly nasty looking long clog with a jello like substance. He gave advice on maintaining our pipes and what we could do to prevent the clog in the future. The best plumber experience I've ever had!

John showed up around the expected time. He was professional and courteous. He immediately took his shoes off as he entered the house. He diagnosed the problem immediately and then fixed the toilets for no additional charge. He kept me informed every step of the way and asked if there was anything else we needed. I was very impressed and pleased with the entire experience. If/when we have anything else in the plumbing arena, I will quickly call JTM Plumbing. Very impressed!

Jon & Traci are an awesome team. They give a prompt response, a fair price and quality work. I like it that they are a husband wife team. The price is fair (to inexpensive) for the work he's done, but the quality is not! Jon is flexible with his schedule and was very accomodating to my schedule. When he said he'd call he did. When he said he'd come he was prompt. I'm extremely happy with JTM and have now found myself a permanent plumber! I'll recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing!

Excellent experience - from the time I first called to the time the job was ended!!!! Both Traci and Jon are wonderful caring people. Jon showed up on time, looked at my work and offered to get the fixtures locally as it would be less expensive. I had a manufacturer's coupon and he honored that, inaddition to an "Angie's List first time user" discount. After the bid was emailed and I worked out a due date with Traci, Jon showed up on time and did the work with extreme efficiency. The bathrooms now all match and look great - no leaks and no mess! But the really exciting part (to me) was his creation of a long hose line with a spigot that i can turn off. He installed this under my deck as a separate line that will attach to the main spigot after danger of frost is over. I can then use my hose from the end of the deck, instead of having to crawl under the deck to turn the spigot on and off. This is going to make it so much easier for me to water and clean things - I should have done this years ago! In addition, Jon checked my outside sprinkler setup to ensure it would not freeze and replaced a washer on another outside spigot. I feel that i now have my own "plumber" and can call this company for all my plumbing needs. They are very diligent, trustworthy people.

From the start: extremely professional and respectful. Fixed our situation quickly. Was very nice!

We called JTM because our water heater wasn't working. He came out as soon as we asked and diagnosed that the problem was due to something more electrical and he couldn't fix it. He didn't charge us a bit for the trip and diagnosis. He then found something else minor wrong that he drove to get a part to fix and fixed it, but still didn't charge us anything for the work he did or his trip back and forth! We were very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, and the fact that he very well could have charged us something but didn't. We will definitely use JTM in the future for any and all plumbing needs we might have.

I called JTM at 7:15am and by 8:30am, Jon was at our house checking the entire system and figuring out the problem. He talked with me and explained the problem. The clog was snaked out of the pipes under the house and all the way into the main. He explained how to keep this from happening again - DO NOT USE GEL TYPE DRAINO! The stack for the laundry and kitchen was a mess, it had been cobbled together and was leaking. Jon was able to take it apart (including the old lead) and put it back together, better than new. Jon is very personable and knows what he's doing. It was a PLEASURE to have Jon in my home and I have his business card secured for the next time I need any plumbing work done. JTM's prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and very very fair!

We haIn terms of price, it was way better than any other quote we had. He was like the most polite person that I ever had in our home to fix anything. He was so accommodating. He was very polite and asked any questions he had. He was a really nice guy and he did really good work too. I would use his services again in the future.

The gentleman was clearly more interested in doing an excellent job than taking unecessary cash from us. I would definitely call again if I ever needed anything else.

We could not be happier with Jon's work and have already recommended his company to friends. His charges were well below what we were expecting. And he gave us the Angie's List discount of $8.00.....
