Description of Work: The owners wife, Traci took all the information on the phone and responded with pricing estimates by email a day or so after I called to make the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the owner, John and his associate showed up on time. John was friendly and informative. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. We had 2 dripping faucets fixed, 1 whistling kitchen faucet fixed and a hand held shower added as well as the hot water regulator in the shower fixed (it ran cold). We happily have no more drips in the master bath sinks and the kitchen faucet no longer whistles! Can't wait for the first hot shower! I will have to get back to you on pricing, but I feel it will be in line like all other reviewers have already noted. I will be calling John again in regards to my new kitchen faucet when the time comes.

I was on a conference call for work, so he just did his thing and as he left said not to worry about paying him then and there. They sent us a bill shortly afterwards. It was nice not to have to jump off my conference call to write a check.

+ -1 moreJon arrived, introduced himself, and immediately impressed us with his knowledge of our fireplace. he gave it a thorough exam and determined the problem was not a gas related issue. He gave us advice about what company to call to have the unit examined by a manufacturer.
Description of Work: Our fireplace was on the fritz and Jon stopped by on his way home from his last job to check it out. It wasn't a gas issue, but an electric issue. He gave us great advice and didn't charge us a penny for the trip charge. We will DEFINITELY be using JTM Plumbing service when we remodel our bathroom!!!

+ -1 moreJon promptly came out and surveyed what I needed done and emailed the estimate a couple days later. I accepted the estimate and we agreed on a date to perform the work. Jon and his team arrived on time, removed their shoes, shut off house water, and went to work. Jon left his team here to do the work, and they completed all tasks in four hours. They were all very pleasant to work with, asked several questions to ensure thimngs were being installed the way we wanted, installed everything, cleaned everything up, turned house water back on, and showed me their completed work. Everything looks and works great.
Description of Work: Jon's plumbers installed four new owner-supplied faucets (kitchen, 2 bathroom, and basement utility sink). They installed water lines and drain/waste pipies for the basement sink. They installed ten hot and cold shutoff valves under all sinks (kitchen, guest bath, master bath, and utility sink), and they installed a freezeless faucet in the garage.

Description of Work: I called Tracy in a panic on a Friday night. I just had a call from my renters and they had the sewer backing up. Tracy suggested I call Two Men and a Snake. I really appreciated her giving me a great company. Work was completed within 2 hours at a rreasonable rate. If I ever need a plumber again I wouldn't hesitate calling thease professionals.

+ -1 moreJohn (owner) was very professional and courteous and his prices were outstanding for the work he did. He didn't have to do as much cutting as he thought he'd have to do. He thought he may have to cut a spot in our downstairs ceiling but didn't. He was friendly and we really enjoyed his service. His wife answers the phone and does the scheduling and she was friendly too. I highly highly recommend JTM Plumbing, especially if you are on a budget and like quality work. He is truly a diamond in the rough.
Description of Work: We had a gas line ran from our downstairs to our kitchen so that I could install a gas stove and get rid of our electric one.

+ 1 moreJon's service, expertise, and honesty were a breath of fresh air. He is a really nice guy. He was in-and-out and the price was resonable (especially with the $20 off Angie's List coupon). I will use JTM again and will recommend his services to others.
Description of Work: I had JTM Plumbing come over and replace two leaky ball valves (mainline and irrigation line) - main purpose of the call. In addition, I had JTM perform the following services: Increase the house water pressure (correct the regulator valve setting). Look-over the water heater (8-years old) to ensure there was no rust; increase the pressure on it. Cycle the water softener and ensure it was working properly.

+ -1 moreThey were very friendly and explained everything that they were going to do before they did it. They were efficient - done in less than an hour. And I very relieved that the job was so minor, when I was expecting major floor replacement.
Description of Work: They evaluated a drip that had been coming from upstairs toilet and was dripping down into the unfinished part of the basement. Floorboards were wet and we were afraid bathroom floor would need to be pulled up and replaced. Owner (Jerry?) came with crew, introduced himself and crew. They looked at leak, and said more than likely wax ring was cracked and that was all. They removed toilet, then realized they didnt have correct size ring on truck. They went to Home Depot to get right size, ensuring that this time would not be part of our "service time". They replaced the ring and put the toilet back and it took about 45 minutes total.They also said that the floor board did not look ruined, that it just looked wet and would dry out.

House water was shut off as there was not a shutoff under the kitchen sink and the job of reconnecting pipes and disposal was a little over my head due to changes in the sink location and size. Called Jon at JTM and on very short notice he said he would work it in. He showed up about 10 minutes after the counter installers left and reconnected the pipes, installed neew faucet and disposal and put in a shutofff valve. Don't know how service could get any better, and at a very competitive price. Will use Jon again for other projects. Thanks also to Traci for her help in getting my little emergency handled.
Description of Work: Installed new kitchen faucet and disposal. Installed shutoff valve under sink. Reconnected drain pipes and dishwasher drain hose.

Two gentlemen came out (Greg and another whose name I've forgotten) and got to work right away. Long story short...these two guys spent THREE hours trying everything they could to fix our issues before coming to the conclusion that it is most likely an issue with our septic system. They kept everything very clean, were courteous, and didn't charge us a DIME! They explained that since they didn't fix the problem that they weren't going to have us pay. To me...THAT says it all about this company!! We will most definitely call JTM again and refer, refer, REFER!!!

He did a great job on this extensive plumbing project.John came after completion to check on the job and make sure we were satisfied. There work was timely, efficient and priced well. It was lower than the 3 other bids we got. I don't think this companycan be beat.

+ -1 moreHad a leak, made a call. Plumber came within a half an hour of the call. Greg looked over the situation, told us what he thought the problem was, and proceeded to fix it. Told us to let us know if problem persisted. A week later there was more leaking. Plumber came back, and recaulked the tub. Leaking has stopped! Resetting the toilet was needed, but since that was not the cause of the leak, they did not charge me for the toilet repair. I was amazed.

Then Jon came by my house that very day-just a couple hours later!-to access the situation. He gave me two options..1. Install what I wanted and it would cost $200 or 2. take his FREE recipe and use it every three months to keep the problem at bay! I could not believe this! He wrote his recipe down and left it with his business card and didn't charge me a penny for his time!! What a great man! I will most definitely use this company for all future plumbing services and recommend them heavily.
Description of Work: I called JTM for an estimate to get a new tub drain and overflow installed. I chose this company because of the many raving reviews on Angie's List. I am very glad I did!

Description of Work: John repaired and replaced the handle to the water supply in my garage. He also repaired and replaced missed parts to my kitchen sink drain. He checked a shower head that wasn't working and suggested we return it to where we bought it as it appeared to be missing a part.
