It went well. The estimate quoted over the phone was what they did. Their serviceman was very thorough and eliminated the problem. He explained everything very well.

It went very well. Johnny came out the same day I called about the mice. He set two traps one out side with bait and a snap trap in my down stairs bathroom. Hank came out about a week later to check on the bait trap and most of the bait was gone so he reloaded the bait. I was still hearing the mice and he said give it another week. I had some water damage to my first floor hard wood floors due to water and past presences of termites. Neither Hank or myself were able to see any present termites. Zak came out yesterday 07/10 and did the termite control around the house and garage. Because of the age of the house the concrete in the garage took longer than expected but Zak was able to make everything work out. He did a great job even though it was late afternoon and it was extremely hot. He was drenched in sweat and never complained. The mouse traps was $69.55 the termite control for both house and garage was $827.11.

He showed up on time. Explained what he was going to do. He was personable and professional but his work was very messy. It was a heavy spray service and the spray was all over the windows. We had to have our windows cleaned because when the spray dried, the windows were a cloudy mess. There has to be a better way to do this around Windows.

Sprayed kitchen and perimeter of home to help stop the ants from getting into the kitchen.

Great. Hank was able to spray all nests. I was a little worried about the height on the side and rear of the house might make them out of range. They had to problem reaching all nests. He even found two I hadn't noticed--One under a window and one in the gate fence. Treated them also. I'm considering a bi-monthly service after talking about it with them. This discussion was initiated by me -- no pressure.

Ryan has always come out on time if not before time. He is a great worker.

The service they provided was fine. However, I purchased this deal through Angie's list and paid already. They still continued to try to get additional payment from me. I spoke to them three times advising that the services were paid through Angie's List already, but they still sent me invoices and a final invoice stating they were going to send me to collections. Each time I talked to them, they acted like they understood and were going to take care of it, and no further payment was necessary, yet I keep getting bills. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I didn't owe them any further payments.

Service we great. They communicated well prior to the appointment as to who and when they would be there. Service was done promptly and the technician explained exactly what they were doing and what they did. I will definitely use them again. If fact I already have had them back to treat a hornets nest.

They were good. I thought they would be a little more thorough as far as the whole spray. It seemed to work for the most part, I guess I really don't know too much about how termite after one treatment is suppose to go but I'm still dealing with a little bit of bugs. No additional costs. They came out the following week after the purchase. Interactions were good. They could improve on not rushing it and do as thorough of a job as I thought they would do. They were here maybe 20 minutes.

I am not happy with them because they doubled the price not as in the Invoice they sent me and that makes me very angry. It was a bad practice and I don't see why I should pay double for something I don't want and I would not use this provider in the future.

My wife and I recently acquired a foreclosure home that had been neglected for the past several years. As a result many of the windows were broken and we had leaks in the basement. This made the perfect home for all kinds of different creepy crawlies. That being said they had their work cut out for them, after just this first treatment I can see a noticeable decrease in the amount of ants around the house and the spiders are gone. When it comes to ants there is no way you are getting away with just one treatment so I will definitely be having a second treatment applied soon when the budget allows. Since the treatment we have sealed all the leaks and the windows have been replaced so hopefully after this second treatment we will no longer have the ant problem. Overall they did an excellent job and I am satisfied with the price I paid.

The owner who came out was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about insects. Most of the time he spent here was answering my slew of questions. He was very patient with me. I felt satisfied with his answers and recommendations.

This is a great company. I had carpenter ants outside my house last summer and come fall they moved into my basement. I tried everything and nothing would control them. I should have saved my money and just called ABC Termite and Pest Control control form the beginning - it would have been cheaper. After the first spray, the ant were under control. I signed up for the annual plan and as such, they come out every two months and spray. Ryan Q. has been our technician and is awesome. At each visit, he inquires about about if we are having an issues. He is diligent about recording details into the file in case he is not the technician for the next visit. The cost is $77 for each visit. Well worth it to be bug free.

The owner came himself to do the termite inspection. He was quick and effective. I received the report within 2 days.

My husband was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism. His questions were answered and they gentleman was very responsive to his needs/wants. However, two weeks later we received a bill stating we still owed almost $30. The Angie's List deal clearly was just a "Down Payment" for services and not a deal at all. I am refusing to pay the excess and definitely won't use this company in the future. The accounting department for the company negated the whole positive experience by not being aware of the deal we paid for.

I would use them again in the future.
