XYZ EXTERMINATING

It was done well, and care was taken to protect animals in the house

XYZ was more than accommodating to my request when it came to helping with my termite inspection for the sell of my house. After a roller coaster of a mess with the banks, buyer, and lenders, XYZ came through! XYZ helped clear up the lack of communication between all parties and help make the sell of my house successful & final.

we hired xyz to treat our home for pests , that is where the problems began , brad came into our home and informed us he would treat every room on the main floor . On the day he returned to treat the home he was a couple hours late , he then informed us the treatment would take 6-7 hours and he would call us when finished , fortunately we where right up the street at a friends house so we seen him leave the home after only a short time there , we attempted to reach him on the phone and for the next several days . When he finally answered his phone he informed us he had complications and would return to treat the home. he then sent an employee to treat the home , yet only treated 3 rooms . Well then he got paid , that is where our warranty ended . Needless to say we are back where we began same pest problem , no exterminator , no return calls .....

I called him mid morning. He said he would check it out after lunch. He was unable to come after lunch and called back to say it would be in the afternoon. He came that afternoon and sprayed where the bees where entering the ground. He said that he would call the next day to make sure we were not see any more bees. He did I not call, but we have not seen any bees since.

Unfortunately..... I found a cockroach! My 1st encounter and hopefully my last. I called XYZ and the serviceman (I don't remember his name!) was very understanding. He met my boyfriend at my apartment an hour later and asked a lot of questions and gave us a lot of tips and information. He sprayed my place and set traps out even going up into the attic. A week later I called with more questions and he was very helpful over the phone as well. I haven't seen any in almost 2 months now so he must have got em!

I've got a few ants coming in with this warmer weather and I'll be calling him. He is very prompt and comes sometimes, the same day we call him. He doesn't delay. I give them high ratings and will continue to use him in the future.
