Description of Work: A few different times we had windshield issues. One time the entire windshield needed to be replaced, and a couple of other times we had a small crack that needed repaired.

Description of Work: I needed my front windshield replaced. They quoted it, set the apt and said it'd take an hour. When I took it in, they were unhappy that I planned to wait, said it'd take 4 hours. Then they charged me more then the quote. Were rude when I asked for the proper price. The job was poorly done and one of the pieces damaged so that it made a lot of noise as I drove. I called and complained and the guy was like "tough!" so I called the national number and complained. I was asked to drop the car back off. The manager was there. They fixed it. Happy it was fixed but was still annoyed that I had to spend considerable time dealing with the issue.
