O'Connor Enterprises stated that they had been billed for $1400 by Jerry's Sheet Metal for replacing a cooling unit and three thermostats and that everything was working fine. The new cooling unit is causing extreme moisture and humidity in my apartment. They said that there was no reason for anybody to check the work on my faulty air-conditioning unit again. No one from O'Connors would come to see what I'm trying to show them. They do not seem to care about people that rent from them. I have told them what's going on in the apartment and how much water is being collected by my dehumidifier. They say that they are under contract with Jerry's and that no other company will come out. Yesterday I lost my remote garage door opener. In the past they have always come, opened it, and given me another garage door opener. Today their office called and told me that the maintenance man had come by, opened the garage door, and I was to take care of it myself. I have never done this before. I bought a new universal garage door opener, but I didn't know I had to climb a ladder to program it. I have a medical problem that prevent me from climbing a ladder and due to my medical problems I am unable to do so. When I called O'Connors back I was told the maintenance man has an emergency. He seems to always have an emergency. I told them that I could not do it and they said I'd have to wait for him to come by. I asked two years ago to have a washer balanced, but no one has ever come.
