They are the only ones that I call. They do really good. Just like any other company, they are always busy. They call and let us know when they are going to be here and we have someone here to let them in.

They came at the stated time and resolved the problem. The tech was polite and courteous. I would hire them again.

We requested a quote on a complete install of a new HVAC system. Mike came out the same day I called to set up an appointment. I received a written quote several days later in the mail. He had some of the best pricing but there wasn't a lot of information on the system he quoted me or the details of the install. I am not familiar with Daikin systems but they are part of Goodman according to my online research. Goodman has supposedly suffered in quality, however, after merging w/ Daikin the data appears promising. Mike later called me back and I stated I ultimately went w/ a different contractor. Mike was professional and polite, thanking me for my time. I am a data research hog and had I been provided specs on the system, models #'s etc and a more detailed lay out of the install I would have likely chose his service, Mikes price was awesome. The contractor I chose literally provided me a notebook folder with 8 different options and met me after-hours to go over the quotes in a detailed manner. From a price point, Myers stands out on top.

They are very prompt everything I call them. They are courteous and I do not feel they overcharge me. I think they are pretty fair in what they do.

They are honest. Their pricing is fair, and they do a good job.

They responded to over 30 calls during our massive heat wave. I was extremely happy with their low rate. Their was nothing I didn't like about the company.
