Phil & Bryan did a great job! They were professional and friendly. I was impressed with the fact that they covered our wood floor to protect it and cleaned the floors when they were done they showed us the new panel & answered our questions.

Michael was our salesman and he steered us toward the most cost effective unit. He let us know what pieces we would and wouldn't need so we didn't pay more than we had to. Bryan and Phil removed the old unit and installed the new, working efficiently and in a way that we didn't even know they were there. Final product looks great and is well installed.

Very unprofessional and lies about financial information. I wanted to let you know about the horrible time we have had with this company. In 2014 we had a gentleman named Michael come to our house and talk to us about the services available. At the time we were unsure of what we wanted to be able to do. The guy gave us an estimate I believe was around $7400 and told us our loan payment a month would be $99. He stated that to both my wife and I and we asked questions to verify and he said as long as our credit was approved it WOULD BE $99 a month. Well 2 years have gone by and we started to call around to get quotes. Since we liked this guy before, we called to have someone come and talk to us. Same guy came, gave us a little higher quote because of the times of $7900 and still would be $96 a monthly payment. We let him know we had been inquiring around and he asked if he could hear the other quotes and proceeding in downgrading all other companies which to me is very unprofessional. We told him we needed a few days to come to a decision. We decided to do research online. We found an account on Angie's list of how a guy came and were downgrading other places like he did to us with an answer of nobody here would ever do that which is funny because he did it to us. After seeing other reviews though we decided we did like what they had to offer so we called to tell him were interested and he all of a sudden acted like we were inconveniencing him to come to our house to try for the loan. He eventually did come over to drop off papers and said to give him a call on Monday being it was Friday. So we called him and once again he acts like we were inconveniencing him to come by and pick up the papers to do the loan. He told us he would email us tomorrow. We received an email saying we were approved but for only $6000 and payments were around $230 a month which we cannot afford. I emailed back asking why we were lied to and he proceeds to say he never did lie to us and it is not his fault that is all we were approved for. So being upset for being deceived, we called to talk to a manager. He was completely rude, over talking EVERYTHING we said to him and defending this guy that he would never have said these things to us. He asked what we would like him to do and stated maybe a sorry for his rudeness and he did apologize with a but stating it was our fault for our credit score, not theres and just kept over talking and backing up his worker. We are very upset. If this was the case, Michael should have said if you get approved for a loan, you could only pay $99 a month but it depends on what the bank says. Not you will only pay $99 and not give us any more information on the matter. Also, apparently the 2nd guy I talked to did not know that every time a credit is run, it lowers your score and he argued with me about this as well. This is very upsetting.

Everything turned out excellent. Quality was excellent. I would absolutely use them in the future.

We requested an estimate on a complete new HVAC install. I called their office and inquired about having a new system installed and stated the brand I was looking for. I was told they could order any equipment so I set up an appointment for an estimate. Pros: -The salesman came out on the set date and time. -He went over most aspects of the install including moving the HVAC system to a new location. Cons: -He was very strong willed to make an immediate sell, making me feel like I was at a used car lot. -When I mentioned I had bids from other companies he inquired to who they were. He then proceeded to say something negative about each company I mentioned. -When I asked about ordering a different brand he told me they do not carry that brand and the secretary was wrong. -Very generic bid proposal. He wrote down seer #'s and the cost of each system and that was it. No model #'s, no comparative data, no options to pick and choose from no explanation as to the reason he picked the units he did. -He told me the prices were "sale prices" and the amount would probably increase the following week. Again a car salesman tactic.

Excellent installation, workers were timely and well trained.

From the first call to the company we had prompt and courteous service. We made a call wanting to check out furnaces and they came out the same day. Consulted with us for a good while. Didn't rush or push us in to purchasing a furnace. Loan went through really fast and the very next day they came and installed. Very fast and very prompt installation. Bryan, Brian and Phil were excellent as was Michael. They had the job done in half the time that they thought it would take. Michael came out the next day to follow up to see if we were satisfied and also brought us a gift basket. Very , very nice and professional .

During a routine inspection, McElroy Service found an issue with my 30 year old furnace with regards to carbon monoxide readings within but not yet outside the furnace. McElroy Sales Consultant Michael Wadsley met with me and we discussed prices and benefits of replacing not only the furnace but an aging outside central air unit. I was very happy with the price quotes and deal that we made plus the fact they were able to get a crew over to start the very next day for day 1 of 2. Brian and Bryan arrived at about 7:15 AM and immediately laid down sheets/cloths to cover the area inside the house and stairs to the basement to catch any dirt or debris which my wife and I were both impressed with. Both guys were very nice and friendly, got right to work and the next thing I noticed was how particular they were as to work ethic plus wanting things to look good. They left about 4 PM and made sure we had heat but did not leave until they cleaned up after themselves and put things away. The new A/C unit had also been placed outside on a new pad and the old concrete one removed. Again, I was impressed by the consideration and respect they had for my home. The second day Phil and one of the "Brians/Bryan" arrived at around 8:30 AM (both days they showed up and left when they said they were going to) laid down the cloths/sheets again and went to work finishing up on the furnace, gas lines, duct work and lines for the AC unit. Because it is December, someone will be back in April or May to hook up the AC unit and I knew all of this prior. Before the guys left, Phil wnet over a few things with me in regards to the furnace filter and the thermostat. Before they left they did a thorough inspection of everything and again picked up after themselves and probably left my furnace area cleaner than before they started. Very, very happy with this experience. It was a pleasure doing business with people who are courteous, polite, friendly, particular and professional.

Very professional and on time. Best part was no high pressure sales. When our furnace went out all I could afford, without financing, was just the furnace didn't want to replace air. Mike went over all my options and I choice what worked best with my budget. It turned out that my furnace cost less then I was expecting after talking to others about what they had paid. Would recommend to family and friends

He showed up at 7:20am and handed me a business card and introduced himself. The minute he stepped into the house he put covers over his shoes. He got right to work layin down cardboard and sheets to not scratch my hardwood floors. Another tech showed up and started tearing out the old unit. They got the old unit out and the new unit in like a hot knife through butter; occassionally stopping to allow my children to use the restroom. ;o) They didnt even stop for a lunch break. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done, sweeping and vaccuuming and even taking out their trash. Overall satisfaction with them is 100000%!!! Definetly would recommend them to friends and family. They were a little more pricey than the others we had do estimates for us but they proved they were worth it.

They were quick to come out and fix our problem. Great service provider we are happy with the Furnace and AC we purchased from them.

The sales rep was a bit confusing but, overall it went well. I have had them service my HVAC on a regular basis for about 18 years. They have installed 2 furnaces, one A/C unit, one central humidifier and a high tech air filtration system. The techs are knowledgeable and honest. They take the time to determine what the true problem is, not just add Freon and go to the next call. Dan is great. Angie, who works in the office and sets appts is very good. The owner Mike McElroy is very honest and will return a phone call.

I'm a 100% disabled veteran on oxigen 24/7.Our air- cond went out about 3:30 on Thurday afternoon.My wife called Service Experts and Mike was out at our farm within an hour.(17 Miles from G.I.)He took measurerments and we pick out the units we wanted from the ones listed.At 7am the next day the crew was there ready to remove the old units.Before noon one of the crew went back to G.I to make the ductwork while the other person started putting in the new units.They had the air-cond up and running before 3:30 PM I don't get around every good so the boys keep me inform on how things were going.I can't tell you how nice it was not to have to chase someone down to see what was going on.The guys were nice to talk to,it was as if I knew then forever. They had to come back on Monday to finish-up.The job they did was OUT-STANDING.I almost forgot about the financing,it took all of 10 Min.to get approved.So if you need their services,Just tell Mike that Mike Boersen sent you.

They are prompt. Their service is good but we have also felt that over the years it is quite expensive. I might use them again because they know our system and they put the system in. However, it is old and when it’s gone, we won’t use them again.

They are a great company. From my experience I wouldn't use anyone else in town and I recommend them to all.
