+ -1 moreBought as Refrigerator from kens 5 years ago. great when we bought the refrigerator. But our ice maker has gone out we have the extended service plane on the refrigerator. after calling the people who has the service contract about four times and Kens to get the refrigerator fixed still could not get fixed. Yes I did get frustrated and rude with both parties . Now that I thought that I had it all figured out Kens is refusing to service my refrigerator becouse I was rude. Will not by from Kens again.
