Description of Work: Work began promptly in September of 2014. My roof was repaired. Work on the siding and the deck was to begin shortly. Then nothing. Would not return phone calls. I tracked him down at home in November and he said he would begin work shortly. In June 2015 I had my attorney send him a letter indicating that he had abandoned to project and had another contractor finish the job. | |I was told there were financial issues and that he was not able to pay his bills and his crews. | |Sometime last summer I was contacted by a firm seeking to recoup their losses to him. I indicated that I paid him for all the materials that were used on my house. I have heard nothing more. | |

Description of Work: We were in the process of selling our home when we ended up with hail damage on the roof. They were able to come out and get the roof done before we closed even though they were very busy with all of the other roofs with hail damage. | |They kept things very clean and were quick and professional.

+ -1 moreIt was kind of a confusing ordeal as I was not sure whom to call; there were few people involved with it. The guy that ends up dealing with in the last part of the deal was the person that would have preferred to have dealt with in the first place. The work got done fast and it was acceptable. They got it done pretty fast in garage, roof, and other service areas.
Description of Work: I used Francl Construction for roofing.
