+ -1 moreDid ok at trimming tree but noticed 9 months later when a man worked on roof above he told me about damage took picture said whoever trimmed your tree dropped limb on it when Bill was called denied it I called him a liar. He then came to my location told if I continue he would take me out

+ -1 moreBill set date for services but showed up three days later with no phone call to explain what was gone on. No phone call prior to arriving either. Three men worked 30 minutes trimming the two trees as I requested. However, many dead branches remained that were reachable. Many downed branches they cut were left in my landscape rocks. I also watched as Bill worked in the "cherry picker" cutting branches and broke off a very large alive limb in the center of my tree. When they left, about half of the load was live branches that I had requested not cut. Never again.
Description of Work: Trim dead limbs from two Marshal Ash Trees.

Description of Work: They walk over to my house said I can trimm your tree for a hundred dollars I said im home for lunch can't pay you till I get home from work he said ok ill be around never seeb him or heard from him 3 weeks later get home a pile of brush in my yard I was ecstatic what kind of business person offers a service and not any comunication then drops a pile of brush off so I call another tree company they came over very professional cleaned up the mess and charged me 20 bucks they thought ive paid enough ...thanks guys think it was e and b they were to quick

Description of Work: I contacted Bill's Tree Service in early spring. They had us scheduled in two weeks, but it took longer because of all the storms. They made it and we had 5 cottonwood trees removed. They were large and one dead. We had them remove 6 stomps also. They did a great job and no complaints! I also had them remove some branches at my mothers also. I would recommend them!!

Description of Work: We responded to a newspaper ad. Bill came out within a day or two to give us an estimate and was willing to negotiate a price. He did return within the promised time and all work was completed as agreed on. Bill trimmed a number of branches from two trees , cut down two bushes and cleaned up all that was cut plus a pile of dead branches in the yard. We were a bit disappointed in the fact Bill did not have a receipt book when he returned for his check (we were at work most of the time he was working). Bill wrote the date and amount and signed the back of his business card.
