+ 0 moreThey were not careful of how they put the wiring together. My husband had to redo it. The leach field was not big enough. They did not pack the dirt in like they should of. We had to refill holes because it washed out every time it rained. We had stool back up a lot. Just not good.
Description of Work: Franzens put in a sewer system and wiring. The system they put in was later found illegal in all codes. They charged a lot. Example $8.00 for a roll of gray tape. They used a little then took the roll with them. Never again.

+ 2 moreWe purchased a furnace and installation from Franzen. While installing the furnace they broke the Freon line to the air conditioner, and charged us for the new freon needed to go in it and the labor to add the Freon. They plumbed the gas line right in front of the acess pannel to the furnace filter, so we are unable to change the filters. They also left the electric wires dangilng from the unit with a bunch of wire nuts exposed. Additionally when they installed the PVC drain lines they taped then together with duct tape. Franzen's installation job was extremely p*** poor and I would not reccomend Franzen to anyone for your HVAC needs
