Description of Work: I had my home reroofed after a hail storm damaged the previous one. The work was done within a week of signing the contract. The new roof so far has no issues. Cleanup after the work was done fairly well, no large debris leftover. However, the workers did not protect the outside walls of my home as they were tossing the old shingles off the roof. I found several scuffs all over my walls. They contractor said he would clean them up (2 weeks ago), however that has yet to happen. Fortunately I recently painted my home and still have plenty of leftover paint.

+ -1 morehad a leak in our bathroom. from a ladder we noticed the vent pipe boot on the vent pipe for our kitchen was rotten off. which was allowing water to run into the roof when it rained. could not check the main pipe as it was too far up the roof. neither of us are able to get on the roof. called several roofers to have some one to check it for us. the gal at versatile said that someone from their office could check it out for us. that they would call back later with a date 7 time. with in the hour she called back & said that Mike would be in our town later that day & he would stop by & see what was going on. by 2 pm that afternoon Mike called & was in town. he stopped by got on the roof to check out what was going on. said the roof looked good. but that the air vent pipe boot on the main vent was rotten off. He put a temporary fix on it to keep the rain out until he could come back & fix it right. We had been able to slid a new boot over the air vent pipe to the kitchen earlier. mike checked it & sealed it up better. a couple of weeks Mike came back & put a new boot on the main air vent pipe & sealed it up. A BIG thanks to Mike we no longer have a leak in our bathroom. now we can go ahead with our bathroom remodel. The next time We need any roof work We will be calling Versatile Roofing!!!!!!

+ 2 moreWe live in Michigan but our retirment home is in Nebraska and Versatile Roofing made us feel so welcome. Living in Michigan and trying to schedule things in Nebraska is not an easy task, but Mike Masur and the Versatile crews were so professional and courteopus - it was such a pleasure working with them. These guys know what they are doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They removed 3 layes of old shingles and halled them away - installed new sheeting - added the proper ventilation for the attic - cpved gable end vents - wrapped soffit - installed eaves trough's/gutters - wrapped garage windows and garage door opening - so we don't have to worry about rot or painting. They are a wonderful company and work very hard to make sure they do everything the right way and that you are happy. Thanks Versatile Roofing!!!!
Description of Work: Removed 3 layers of old shingles and replaced wood under those old shingles. Placed new shingles, edge venting system, gutters, wrapped all wood edges, replace end gables. Removed and replace garage shingles. Helped us find a contractor to remove and replace garage roof - which was falling in on itself.
