Description of Work: i went to simply buy a replacement opener for our OverHead Door. i had photographs and everything. i was immediately told my door was old and they no longer carried the openers for such old doors, that the only thing i could do is get a new door with new opener. i asked how much and was told about $400-500 dollars. So, i went online and found an out of town company . I called, sure, old door but we carry all the old openers. In 3 days I had a new opener. Cost? $30! All the person at the OverHead door needed to say, to be helpful AND look forward to a new customer in the future was say, "No, it is old, we do not have them, but you can probably get it online....I will check for you." But, i learned.

 + -1 moreThe guys did a great job repairing my broken door spring and were very fast and knowledgeable. However when I received my bill overhead door had charged me $9.95 full price for a half a can of spray lubricant. The guys gave me the can and said"Merry Christmas" that would tell most people here is a free can of lube! Not the case. I tried to return the can to them, but they were still going to charge me for it. At most they said they could give me is $3.00 off and a window scraper. Slap to the face! Most businesses will hide this cost in their labor, not this outfit. Total cost with labor was $220.00. Like i said. The guys did a great job! Just the business sucks!
