+ -1 moredid not bring electric heaters while waiting, took longer than expected, duct work not completed correctly, did not reimburse as heating/cooling bills were very high, motor went out in first 9 months of $7,500 unit. Were responsive, on time generally after initial install, made things right after the fact and did not charge us.

+ 1 moreVery well. No surprises. These guys (Carl and Austin) have been in our house so many times that they’re old friends. Carl is very organized, efficient and tidy. He lets us know what’s going on step by step, which we appreciate. We have no complaints, will use them again, of course.

+ -1 moreExcellent. My grandson is autistic and lives w me. He of course wanted to be in the middle of everything and the guys were so awesome and patient w him. One of the guys even brought a box of puzzles the next day for my grandson to keep his mind sharp. I just cried. They went above and beyond the job. Great bunch of people.
