We highly recommend Brandon and The Chimney Doctor! They have cleaned, inspected and repaired the chimney on our 100+ year old house and we couldn't be more impressed with Brandon and his service. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and honest. The fact that he takes pictures of the work that needs to be done as well as when it is completely is so reassuring--you know it's done right! We will definitely be using them for all out future cleanings and inspections!

We used this company to inspect the fireplace amd chimney of a home we recently purchased. Brandon was professional and extremely helpful. He explained everything on the inspection report and gave his recommendations. He was honest and very knowledgeable. We will be using this family owned business again and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Fremont area.

GREAT COMPANY! Awesome service! From beginning to end each person was very helpful and got right back to us in timely matter. Kyle came to look at the chimney crown and gave us an estimate for the repair. Due to his demeanor and his explanation on how he would do the job personally, were the selling points for us to put a down payment on the repair. Kyle and Brandon repaired the crown. Their professionalism and honesty were an additional plus to have hired this company. We talked about the need to replace the chimney cap and Kyle and Brandon gave us an honest opinion. We decided to have the cap replaced. Additionally, the telephone conversation with Lena was direct and emails with Randall were addressed promptly. They did a great job. We would hired them again. We recommend The Chimney Doctor!

Install was ok...did not tell us that an electrician would be needed. Also charged WAY more 2-3 times more for the fan than what could have been purchased online.

Randy was great to work with. He was running late for our scheduled appointment, but was courteous enough to call in advance and let me know. The prices he gave us were inline with what he quoted me via email and installation of our chimney caps was speedy. He provided warranties for both caps and gave recommendations for additional repair items, but was not pushy. He was a little more expensive than another inspector we had come out, but I felt more comfortable with the quality of service Randy gave us. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I will definitely be calling him again!
