Quality Plumbing and Air

I paid him for the cost of the new a/c and furnace and he said he would put in a Lenox, but come to find out it was the most generic furnace ever. I also paid him for a humidifier, which he never came back and put in. He would hardly ever return your calls. Thanks for ripping off a single mom.

We have a home warranty, so we are assigned contractors. Our water heater pilot light wasn’t working and we had a small gas leak in a house pipe. We were assigned Quality Plumbing as our contractor. I called that afternoon and was told I couldn’t be seen to late the next day and he would call me in about 20 minutes when he got home to do his scheduling. I never heard from him, so I texted him. The next day, he still hadn’t called, so I left a message. He never returned my calls, so I called the warranty company and he did not answer their call, either. I was pretty worried about the gas leak, so continued to call while the company tried to find me another contractor. He never returned calls. I was eventually allowed to use the plumbers I have used often. They came out within an hour and fixed the problem. I don’t know if Quality Plumbing is any good because they never returned my calls.
