Legacy Post and Beam offers the following services: We manufacture heavy timber/post and beam kits. This includes CAD drawings of the post and beam home, barn, commercial facility, or other building structure for the builder to work from. Our plans also include the foundation layout and respective floor plans.
We do not handle the onsite construction of kits, but do work closely with the builder/general contractor that will do this portion. Additionally, our plans do not include plumbing and electrical details, but are ready to be handed over to those professionals for them to do so.
