They've done great. They were on time, they did their job, and no problems.

They did a great job and very fair price.

They destroyed my house. He came to the house and was a fancy talker. We agreed on a specific type of furnace and he gave other suggestions for a humidifier. We didn't get the right unit that we paid for. He put in a one cycle when it was supposed to be a two cycle. The moisture was just dripping on the wall and he could never regulate the humidifier. This destroyed pictures, floors and led to my mold issue. It was like one bad thing after another. I do not recommend them at all.

They do a good job. On the price, I'm sure you can find it cheaper somewhere, but I'm not concerned with that. They were on time. Well, just one person came out. I don't think it was more than an hour to do the work.

Tech arrived on time. Was friendly and courteous. Let me know everything he was going to do before doing it.

No problems at all. Very smooth process. Courteous and personable and friendly to my dogs. Left their work areas clean and neat. Felt comfortable leaving the technicians at my home while I left.

I called this provider yesterday morning around 8:45 a.m. The phone rang several times before someone answered (Wendy). When I began to explain what I was calling about, the call was disconnected. I tried calling back another 6 times but the line was busy. I decided to wait 5 minutes to call them back. Finally, a different person picked up (Peggy). I began to explain how my initial call was disconnected by Wendy. I also explained why I was calling. Peggy's response was, "Hold, I'll transfer you back to her." I couldn't believe this was happening versus Peggy just taking my call. Wendy picked up and stated there was phone trouble and went on to say she was in accounting and was only providing back-up support to Peggy. She then told me she needed to transfer me back to Peggy as she could give me the answers I needed. I'm thinking, "That's who I was just spoke to and who transferred you, apparently a person in accounting!" It made no sense. At this point, I was aggravated and so it was my turn to disconnect. The entire experience was ridiculous and based off their customer service, I would not call them back or recommend them to any one. In fact, this experience is what I will be telling my friends and family.

After receiving a couple of competative quotes, we selected Ron's team. Theirs was about $1,500 lower than their competator's for like size and Sier units. The guys doing the install were actually about 20 early for the appointment. They were very careful to provide a quality install. They completed it on time and spent the extra time to teach my wife on how to program the thermostat. Thus far, the York units have performed, great! My only disappointment is with the programmable HP thermostat. Our old ones have an automatic setting for the switch back and forth between heat and cooling. These, you have to manually make the switch. I've not contacted them, yet, to see if their is an alternative. However, I'm pretty confident that Ron will treat me right. Overall, I would highly recommend him and his team for any air unit replacement!

I had to jump through some hooks for them to recognize the deal. They didn't really understand what was going on. No one really knew about the promotion. They were running the same promotions without Angie's Lists.

The service has turned out quite well. They are very professional and do what they say they are going to do. The service is of good value.

It was great. I tend to not trust heating & air conditioning companies but I have been satisfied with Getzschman so far. We purchased our furnace in 2006 and have used them ever since.

The service has been great. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were very reliable.

I felt the cost was a little high. The service was pretty good. The equipment was installed when I was really sick. I did not negotiate anything and they just did the installation. They are very reputable and I heard about them from a friend. I did feel cheated with the price. I would use them again if the price was better.

They are fine. They did show up when they were suppose to and they don't try to sell you stuff that you wouldn't need. They are reliable and I trust them.

The story is simple - I requested service and they were never heard from again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Getzschman Heating. Another HVAC company had adjusted the dampers on my furnace/air conditioner so my house was not heating & cooling properly on the 1st & 2nd floors. Specifically, the thermostat was set at 60 degrees but the 2nd floor of the house was over 80 degrees. Prior to scheduling the appointment I called 2 other HVAC companies to get advice on how to correct the temperature issue because at the time I didn't know it was a damper issue. The other companies refused to provide any information over the phone and insisted that I would have to pay for a service call. Getzschman knew immediately what the problem was and offered to walk me through fixing it myself. I was also concerned that the prior HVAC tech could have dones something else to my furnace so I scheduled an appointment to have the entire system evaluated. The tech arrived on time and promptly went about performing the preventative maintenance and adjusting the dampers. He answered all my questions (and there were many) which included what I could do to maintain my furnace myself. He was friendly, respectful and knowledgable. As a single woman, I felt completely at ease with this tech and was completely reassured that my furnace was functioning properly.

I had used Getzschman Heating before. For this experience I would give them an "A" overall. I guess I would give them an "A" for price because I have never had the furnace serviced before. I will use them again in the future.

Everything was fine and perfect except they had advertised that we did not have to pay interest for ninety days and just pay for over ninety days. It turned out that wasn't really the case. We had good enough credit so we ended up just paying it off within the ninety days. When we went to our bank, they told us that Getzschman had no such thing set up. However, Getzschman was advertising it all over town so I thought that was kind of sleazy. Otherwise, I have always been really happy with their work. I am having them back tomorrow to clean my furnace again. They do a great job whenever they come out.

They came out and did a review of the situation and gave me an estimate. Once they got up there and peeled back all of the layers they were within the estimate. They fastened the new roof and it was probably better than what I had down before. They went above and beyond because they did give me a full inspection of the roof and cleaned my gutters, I didn't expect that. They did an excellent job. If I ever had a problem with my regular roof I'd probably call them, if their bid wasn't outrageous compared to a regular roofer than I'd probably use them.

The house had never had the 15+ air ducts cleaned and knowing the expertise of using the company before, I contracted to have the work done. Not knowing what this really entailed, they arrived promptly at the appointed time (big plus in my book) . They explained the entire process, and moved furniture if needed and took over 3 1/2 hours to complete so it wasnt a rush job by any means. The workers were meticulous in their clean up. Getzschman's has quality employees that take pride in their work and customer satisfaction.
