ALL AROUND LAWN CARE

Our neighbor had their yard landscaped and sod put down. This company graded the yard and sloped it towards our septic system which caused water to flood onto our property. The neighbor called them and the owner of All Around said all he could do was regrade but he would have to charge us for the work. Needless to say...we had to take care if it. Poor customer service.

Their in Fairmont, Nebraska. All of their workers that they have come out work their rear ends off in very hot weather to get things done. The owner of the company was not responsive to my repeated request for an actual drawing plan, he never provided me with a scale drawing, he didn't guarantee the life of the plants, which is disgusting, and he, and this is my own fault, he pressured me and it was the end of the season and they had all of these left over plants and they said, we bought these plants because we thought that you could use them, well, you know, and it's like gee wiz. They planted them in inappropriate places where the sun goes and that's not right. They did not water things when they were putting them in so when they left at 9 o'clock at night they told me that I needed to water everything and it was like, oh man, at least 40 plants.
