+ -1 moreJames was incredibly responsive and helpful. He came out to diagnose the problem, found to quickly, and came to fix it. He came back within a few days after ordering the part. The only issue was that James came to fix it and did not have the right part. This was on a Friday, but he came back the following Monday with the correct part.
Description of Work: Washing machine was not spinning. Needed a new belt.
