Jared came out promptly and gave us an estimate to cut down a large dead Locust tree that also had a smaller hackberry tree trunk conjoined to it so he would have to cut down both. At the time we had a semi-dead oak he was going to trim. His initial estimate was $1,375. The day before he came, we called and asked about changing the oak to a total cut so he was prepared with the time and revised estimate when he arrived. It was $2000 to remove all. He also cut down 2 smaller hackberry trees for no charge. He began the job swiftly with 2 others to help him. He ended up leaving the site and another guy showed up but nothing was missed and the work continued. We have many obstacles in our backyard....shed, porch, fence, pool, many other trees but they were able to work around it all. We were pleased with their thorough clean up of the site. Our porch roof was covered in acorns from the half dead oak and while they were up there they blew off the roof and not one acorn remained. They also were great about cleaning up the yard of all the debris. We have yet to have the stumps ground, that will be next week and will cost about $275. We had other companies estimate the work and one guy wanted $1,900 just for the dead Locust.

They do really good work. We had them do a lot of work for us and they do a bang up job. They take care of everything the way it should be.

Terrible. They cut a large limb off my ash tree that held my grandson' s swing. They were only suppose to trim a a lower branch off the limb.They did not schedule an appointment so I could be here when they arrived..They lied when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They threatened me. I would NEVER use again.

They had the lowest bid by far and came out the next morning after I called to look at things. They left the bid that morning and were very professional and polite talking with us and setting things up. They came on the day and time scheduled, did a great job with the work and with cleanup. The stumps were ground out two days later. It was awesome to work with them! They had: Great communication, the lowest bid by far, very professional work with great clean up and they communicated well with me. I highly recommend Absolute Tree Service and will have them come again for our tree needs!

They came within the time frame promised. They trimmed the canopies on two trees, however some of the cuts were very jagged. For the price paid,($160) the trimming back of the neighbor's birch trees was not as much as needed. If my husband hadn't been out there, there would have been even less. These branches were large and hung over the property line. I had asked at the time of the bid if we needed written permission from the neighbor to trim these back. I was told no. They drug huge branches around the house and scattered landscape rock from the side of the house to the street. One guy tried to clean this up, but he received little help. My husband and I spent several hours cleaning the mess up and picking rocks out of our grass and the neighbor's grass. This was a tricky area to navigate, but they could have easily avoided the mess if they had cut the branches a little smaller and lifted them over the rock rather than drag them. Potted plants that I thought were safe on the sidewalk next to the house were not. The plants were knocked over by a branch that came very near the house, and the plants were severely damaged. NO apology! When I saw the total mess left, I was shocked and disappointed. (I can't rate my husband here, but I wish he had spoken up since he was out there. It really should not be necessary to supervise the work when you hire professionals.) The crew was friendly and polite, but I didn't see the pride in their work or respect for my property I had hoped there would be. The stump grinding took place a week later. That went well.

They did an excellent job. The crew was courteous, easy to talk to, and very helpful since we wanted some of the wood for firewood. They took down the 60-70 ft tree carefully and were very professional. The tree had many large branches going in almost every direction. The trunk turned out to be hollow. The work took two days and at the end of each day they cleaned up the yard before leaving. They also offered some hints on how to take care of other trees on our property. We watched them take down a large tree in our neighbor's yard several months earlier and were impressed with the work they did on that, too. In terms of cost, they were the lowest cost bid we received. We are very happy with their work and will use them again. They were a little slow getting to the job but the weather this spring was bad so the delay was probably due to that.

I had a very large evergreen tree removed. I cannot remember the exact price I paid but it was around $600 and I had a $50 coupon. This included the stump grinding also. When I called around Absolute was the most professional and the most cost effective. Most others charged quite a bit more. I received 3 other quotes and they ranged from $700 to one that was $940. I received referrals from a friend for Absolute and she is very picky about who she uses. They were so nice when they came. The only complaint I could think of is they didn't make it out on time and the stump grinder came to grind the stump before the tree was removed and there was some confusion. It was not a big deal though. I would absolutely recommend the company for any tree removal.

It took apprximately 3.5 hours and they did a great job.

They ground up the tree and hauled way all the residue. They cleaned up really well. It went excellent. They were very professional, cost was reasonable, and did a great job. I will keep going back.

The communication was great. I called the company on a Tuesday and they were able to go out and do a free estimate by Thursday. We agreed on the services to be done, and scheduled a time for the team to come out. Absolute had an opening on an earlier day, and were able to complete the job before the scheduled time. I wasn't on site for the work, but came out later that day, and everything was completed to my expectations and beyond. The team had completed work on the trees agreed upon, cleaned up, and definitely added to the aesthetic value of my new (to me :)) house.

Responding to a phone call, a personable representative of Absolute Tree Service came and gave an estimate for removing a tree (nearly 25 feet tall) that had gradually died over the years. The estimate was much lower than I had been led to believe by the County Extension Service (who only heard the tree described). When I mentioned a large dead limb on another tree, Absolute said they would take care of that for nothing extra. The crew came a few days later and completed the work within an hour, leaving only a smooth stump at ground level, as agreed. Clean-up was excellent. Having seen many trees felled when I was on a survey crew, I had considered taking the tree down myself, as a considerable challenge; but would have had to buy a chain saw and rope, rent a dumpster, and haul many large pieces up hill to the driveway. And it was risky. My relieved wife and I are very pleased. Considering the crew and the equipment involved, this was a real bargain.

They were recommended by a person at my workplace. They did what they said they were going to do. They removed everything and did a good job. I would use them in the future.

The one team came on the date promised to cut down the trees. The company then coordinated having the utility lines marked around the trees. A second team returned to grind-up the stumps. Did a great job. Both teams were exceedingly professional, friendly, and courteous! Plus, they beat other bids by upwards of $800.00 (no kidding!).

Fantastic! They responded very quickly with a quote after I contacted them through Angie's List and the work was completed a few days later. I asked for quotes from two other companies, one was about $150 higher and the other was $800!! The yard and street were spotless, not a branch or twig left behind. I won't need any more quotes for future tree trimming, Absolute has earned my business.

After checking Angies list I called Abosolute Tree Co and left a message. Within a week a representative came out and gave us the charges to be billed. Three weeks later it was taken down completely removed and cleaned up. The trunk was removed three days later. I couldn't be happier.

They arrived on time, assessed all that had to be done, and went to work in an organized way. The trimmer who trimmed the Oak trees was up there practically all day, did the trimming as I wanted. Because I allowed them to drive their truck into the back so they wouldn't have to carry everything out, he gave me a little discount (without my asking). I couldn't have been more pleased with the work, and I don't give this kind of praise unless it's warranted. They also did work at my neighbors', and he was pleased as well.

Work was done promptly. Additional cleaning up of branches, logs, and dead trees also done but not added to final bill. All workmen were pleasant and efficient. Cleaned up all mess after themselves. Went out of their way to save us money such as using my skid loader rather than bringing in theirs and charging for it.

The crew got here when scheduled and went right to work. Jared, the owner, was here to explain to his foreman what I wanted done, how I wanted the Oak tress trimmed, etc. The trimmer spent most of the day in those 2 trees and did a great job. The rest of the crew started removing the other trees, and they worked hard and got the whole job done in 1 1/2 days. They did a good job of cleaning up also. Absolute Tree Service was the low bidder, but I chose them because I felt confident that the owner, Jared, really understood my concerns as far as how I wanted the 2 Oak trees trimmed (I'm particular about those!). I don't always go with the low bid, but in this case the low bidder was a good choice.

They did a great job trimming the tree, but there was a little damage to the lawn from large falling branches. I received four estimates for the work and they were by far the most inexpensive. I would recommend their services.
