Christiansen Tree Service

The work was done at my mother's home in Nebraska. The estimate was very fair. Jay was honest in telling us that some of the work we were considering was not necessary and not worth the money. The work was performed expeditiously, and the clean-up was excellent. We would definitely use Christiansen Tree Service again.

Went very well. Staff arrived on time and proceeded, very professionaly, to set up and removed tree in no time. Answered all my questions and did an awesome job of cleanup!

Access to our back yard is difficult since there is no way to get a truck in the back. Jay C. was the third tree service to look at it because the other two did not have the proper equipment for the job. He came soon after we contacted him and gave us a very reasonable estimate. When the crew came, we were blown away by the efficiency and professionalism in their work. They were at work within minutes of their arrival and worked quickly and steadily till the job was done. They cleaned up all the debris and even replaced some bird feeders they had moved to gain access to the tree. We will definitely keep them on our list of preferred service providers. We have four very large trees in our back yard and are so glad to know who to call.

The estimate was to come to my house on the 29th of December to remove a large tree and trim another. I called Jay C. at 7:30 am on the morning of the 29th, to find out what time he would be at my house. He said he was going to another job because he was running behind. Jay did not bother to call me about this change in his schedule. I can understand scheduling problems but I cannot understand why he did not communicate with me on his scheduling change. Very disappointed. I will not reschedule with him.

They seemed a little slow to get back to us, but when they did they were here within the time frame. The entire job lasted about an hour. They appeared to be very careful about where trimmed branches would fall. They did a complete clean up afterwards, including raking the small twigs and leaves left over. The yard was actually cleaner when the left than when they arrived. I will definitely use them again if needing this type of service.

They really did a nice job. He charges half as much as everybody else. We got 3 bids and theirs was just way lower. They were prompt. They cleaned real well. They were pleasant to work with.

I called to set an appointment for an estimate. He came on time, noted the job and emailed his estimate later. The estimate was more reasonable than some of the other estimates I had received from other tree services. I called him to set a time. We set a date for the work to be completed. He and crew showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. Very good experience...highly recommended, understands custome service.
