 + -1 moreIt went well. One of the rooms was empty because we had ordered new furniture and gotten rid of the old. Because of the reasonable cost quote, we thought this was a good time the have this procedure done in both rooms as neither had been cleaned before. We are very happy with the cost, the time spent and the results.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in two rooms and applied a soil resistant application. The area is approximately 380 sq. ft..

 + -1 moreHad put a dent in the wall and tore a small area to brand new leather chair and made no comment. I discovered it after they left.
Description of Work: Did a poor job of cleaning carpet. Had to call them back and still wasn't happy with service. The carpets were still not clean. Will not use them.

 + 0 moreThey were on time, very professional, and answered all of our questions very well. Both the carpets and the recliner came out very well. All of the stains came out and none came back after the carpet dried. The price was more affordable than I had expected, they were conservative when measuring the rooms. They did not over charge or try to up sell me on any other services or products. Very pleased.
