Description of Work: Twice I have used Jolene to customize window treatments for all rooms in my house. She comes out to measure, then presents various options which match the style, age, and design of my house, based on my budget. If I have another preference that she doesn't feel would work, she will explain why. Her workmanship, promptness, quality and professionalism are top notch.
