+ -1 morethere were 2 men that had come to my House and install the 2 faucets that I had bought, and I needed 1 water shut off under Kitchen sink, and 2 water shut off under Bathroom sink. I had bought both faucets but the Kitchen Faucet would not work or fit so the Plumber went Looking around at some Retail PLaces to see if he could find one that would work or fit he finely had to go back to his shop and get a Kitchen Faucet that would fit and one that was one a little More then what I wanted to Spend on a Faucet but at least it worked but he had to do a little work on my sink to make it fit. the Bathroom faucet fit and works fine

+ -1 moreWhat I like about them is that they are here at the same town that I live. I have known them for 15 years. Regarding their responsiveness it is bad because I am trying to get an estimate from them for a new furnace for four months now. They are the only plumbers in the town.
