Description of Work: Our basement flooded so we had to replace the carpet. I pulled most of the carpet out. The people laying the flooring made 2 holes in the wallboard,in the utility room didn't tell anyone. Wiped glue on the bypass doors and in the family room the carpet has so much glue on it that it hard to the touch and the seam shows on one wall the kickboard was split and carpet was pulling away from the wall. I took pictures of all the problems. They would have to replace the carpet in the family room and that wasn't going to happen. Mom was told " I can't fix that"by Scott. I patched the wallboard. Like I said I have pictures.

We did everything we were asked to do to make the job right. I personally went there to clean up some glue and look at the dings in the walls she is referring to. We made a deduction of $50.00 for the dings in the walls. I personally talked to [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed], they were both satisfied when we made the deductions and repairs so we did not think we needed to go back. Up until now (though Angie's List) we haven't heard any other complaints. It took them over a year to pay for the installation. And it was only after we warned [Member Name Removed] about it going to collections that she paid. We take pride in the fact that we have been taking care of all our customers for over 60 years and [Member Name Removed] is no exception. If there are problems they feel were not addressed properly they can still come back and we will do everything we can to resolve them fairly.
