 + -1 moreWe asked for a check of the furnace quality & also to check ductwork for issues. He didn't do anything but look at the furnace & try to sell us a new one. There isn't anything wrong with our furnace, and he didn't do what we asked him to do. Nevertheless, we had a hundred dollar bill for him unscrewing a few screws & trying to make a buck. Not much of an inspection & I will buy a new furnace someday from another company.
Description of Work: Said our furnace was old, we needed a new one & that was it.

 + -1 moreI informed them in July or August that it had never been fixed and I stopped receiving bills. He called in May or June this year and wanted to come "fix" my air conditioning, which I had no intention of having him run the bill up anymore. I then had another company in Chadron come and fix it in July at less than half the cost of what they billed me!They send me another bill and I sent them a letter stating they had never fixed it and didn't see what I needed to pay for and they sent me to collections. I will now be paying a lawyer!
Description of Work: First he told me my air conditioning was working after I asked to have someone come fix it. After he couldn't figure out what was wrong, he said he would have to order a part that might cost 500.00! Then after he came and put it in, and never talking to me while he was outside, he just left without checking to see if it was working. Never heard another thing from him except a $700.00 bill for an air conditioner that still wasnt' working.

 + -1 moreWell I can say that this company is a very professional company.The gentlemen that came to my house were respectful and courteous. They came in we told them the problem and knew where to go and fix it. no questions asked. The even did an overall check of the system to make sure it was up and running. I have used them at least 3 times in the past for heating and cooling. It was a cold winter and my heating wasn't working I tried two local contractors, neither one of them could fix it. My wife was pregnant and my house was freezing. A friend told me about Metal Products in Chadron NE. I contacted them they were here within 24 hrs and it took them approx 10 mins to find the problem and fix it. then when the summer hit my A/C unit wasn't working, again tried local contractors and all they could say was that I needed a new unit. Metal Products was there again. They did the system check found the leaks and fixed them. It took approx 4-6 hrs but they were determined to fix it, and its works really good today. thank you guys for being there when I have needed you.
Description of Work: They fixed the problem(s) that another contractor had created. They got to work and did know what they were doing. Now my a/c works really good and will call them in the future. I will wait for them if need be. Never hire another local contractor...

 + -1 moreMetal Products worked really well with fitting into our busy schedule, they found an excellent time to work on our AC that worked for us. They came out, fixed the issue and they were done in a matter of 20 minutes. The AC has been working great ever since.
Description of Work: Our AC was not working, hey found that the blower relay was not working and someone had changed the wiring, so it was wrong. They replaced the relay and re-wired so it was proper.
