I told the salesperson I needed my furniture by a certain date. If that wasn't possible, I really had to go elsewhere since I was under a time constraint. He assured me repeatedly that it would be delivered on the agreed to date. A partial delivery was made without the bed frame or mattress. I called the store and was told it was on backorder. I told them that the deal that was made was that I needed delivery by a certain date or I would not buy the furniture. The manager said he would send out the mattress and box springs and give me a loaner bed frame. The loaner was set up. One month later the manager called me and said my entire bed would be delivered in a few days. I was dismayed to learn that the mattress I had been sleeping was not mine like I had been told. When the bed was delivered for the 3rd time, the frame was the incorrect frame. The frame I had bought had drawers. So, it was another month until I finally got the correct bed (I think, who knows by this time). I telephoned the manager several times but the manager did not offer any kind of restitution. I finally reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The next day, one of the owners called me and apologized and offered me a gift card to the store. I told him I would never buy anything there again. After much wrangling, he agreed to send me a check for $500. It arrived 2 days later. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I began experiencing problems with some of the padding being matted down. When I first called and reported this, they said they would have someone come out and look at it. A few weeks later, I called them back and they said that they were going to be sending someone soon. Around three months later, they finally came out. She came out and put a little padding in, 3-4 weeks later, I found out that what she did was not going to work. I called them back, they canceled the appointment two more times, and then on the third time they finally made it out. I did have to cancel one of those appointments because they were running late and I had to go to another appointment. She was telling her people one thing--I canceled, but she failed to mention the reason that I canceled was because of her running late. She came back out and said that she had to order a part. When the part came in, she then came out and it appeared that there was some sort of problem with one of the mechanisms. This became a problem, Next thing you know, the year warranty was up. This all after I had tried to get them to expedite the process because I knew that my year was coming up. I have tried to speak with the manager about this, but he is never available, and he always has a worker call me back.

Small, local furniture and appliance store. Worth drive from Lincoln. They have everything, from TVs to beds, but without having to walk though miles and miles of junk. I purchased a new Electrolux washer and dryer. Guy who helped me was really nice, and very helpful in finding exactly the right sort of washer and dyer for my needs. He was an expert on diferent brands, their qualities, as well as what would fit best into my budget. Pointed out downfalls, and assets of each set of machines.
