This provider was recommended by my landscaper, there were a few issues but overall the best customer service I have ever received. After the initial installation of the system there were a few minor leaks but nothing extreme and they were fixed right away. After my sod was put in and running the system for about a week I started having issues with my system. My system started coming apart at joints in the water lines. After the first one came apart the owner came right over, driving 45 minutes at 7:30 in the evening to fix the issue, and before they even started work the owner gave me my check back and said to give it back to them when I was satisfied with the system, because they weren't. Over the next few weeks there were around 5 or 6 more breaks in the lines causing a lot of water to run out. Finally the owner was fed up with the problems, due to inexperienced summer help, and had the initial installers redo the entire system while watching over them the entire time. Given all the issues I had with the system the owner gave me free maintenance for a year. Even though I had issues with the system I would recommend this contractor to anyone, best customer service I have ever received by a contractor.
