 + -1 moreJohn Mastrodonato (Owner, Big M Construction) was always professional, efficient and trustworthy. I could go on with my praises of John's work, but then he might become so busy, I won't be able to book him quickly, the next time I need his skills! LOL. Never had to worry about allowing him access to house when no one was home. Please note: the two "B" grades (above) were due to John having to fire a crew, on another site, for less than professional conduct. Thus, he was finishing that job, as well as mine, and was still able to complete his commitments in a timely manner.
Description of Work: A lot of varied updating jobs. Took down existing metal fence and replaced with wood privacy fence. Removed and rebuilt shed. Removed old wooden decking and replaced with brick patio. Removed and replaced various doors and windows. Ripped out poorly done basement walls and paneling, and installed new walls and ceiling, flooring and custom stairs.

Description of Work: John took care of two plumbing problems and replaced the bottom of my kitchen sink. He was very professional and very quick. He stayed within the estimate. I will not hesitate to use his services again.

 + 1 moreWe received a prelim quote for painting and siding, done is a very timely manner, then requested an exact quote for siding. We received the quote with many color samples quickly. He did research to find the right siding at the right price. The quote that he gave us was great and he stuck to that even when additional siding was needed. The work was started within 2 weeks of signing the bid and was done in a timely manner. Communication about getting additional siding, when he would be there and other things were professional. Siding looks great and have gotten many many compliments on it.
Description of Work: Put up all new siding on our home.
