Storm Irrigation

I was so impressed with Jake. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue with my irrigation system, and solved it. All for a reasonable price. We bought an 18 year-old house, with what looked like an 18 year-old system. We've never lived in a house with an irrigation system before and were pretty clueless. Even still, I don't think Jake took advantage of our naivete. When he arrived our lawn was patchy and brown in places. Eleven days after he visited our house and fixed our system, our lawn is back to lush and green. Oh, and he also very patiently taught me how to use the control box and had already programmed the entire system for optimal watering for my lawn.

This is our first year at this house and our first time with a sprinkler system. We called a big company to set us up and I felt like I got screwed. This big company said my system was out-of-date and I needed a new one and they charged a fortune. When one of my zones wouldn't turn off, I really didn't want to call them back so I went to Angie's List. I found Jake's number and saw the reviews and decided to try him. Jake came out the next day, told me my system was fine and there was NO need to get a new one, and showed me which box the zone was in (the other company said the zone was in the front box but it wasn't). I am canceling my winterizing with the other company and I am having Jake do it. He didn't charge a fortune AND he knew what he was doing. He is our go-to person for our sprinkler system. Needed to replace the back flow valve and do a check of all the sprinkler heads, needed a few repaired. Jake was responsive and worked within a tight time window on my behalf and I appreciate it. The work was completed in good time and service was excellent. Thanks!

He arrived about 10 minutes early. He got my sprinkler system up and running, it had not been in use for at least 3 years that we know of and had a very large hole in a pipe. He was done in less than an hour, and we are very happy.

The service has always been above and beyond my expectations. For example, I've got an enormous trampoline and they move it every time they mow w/out extra charge. The service is always done on time and well.

When Jake came out I turned on the sprinklers and he said there is something wrong with that line. The sprinklers were not spraying very far is why the grass was dead. I thought I needed more heads. Jake found the problem where some pipe had split so no water pressure. I was so happy he found the problem and fixed it on the spot! Jake was great!

Excellent. Storm Irrigation was organized and communicated very well prior to service visit. During the service visit, the technician quickly isolated and repaired issues with the irrigation system. Once the service was complete, the technician gave a tutorial on operating the system. Total visit time was less than 1 hour. Cost of the service was very reasonable. Invoice was sent via e-mail with an option to pay online.

I appreciate Storm Irrigation's willingness to take my small job. They responded quickly and were out to make the repair within a couple of days.

The work that needed to be done was done immediately. He had a bit of time between appointments and did the work right there. All my landscape lights are working and he gave me tips on switching out some fixtures and bulbs also. He was excellent! What a blessing to have someone so professional on Angie's list that you can trust.

Jake is great, I use him for irrigation work too. He is responsive and reliable. His work is great. I highly recommend him. The landscape lighting he installed looked great and he follows up to make sure you are satisfied.

The installation was completed in one day. The lighting created beauty and security in the back yard. I will definitely install lighting in the front of the house next.

Had Storm Irrigation do a sprinkler installation on a home I built 6 years ago and just recently had them install another sprinkler system in a rental property this past year in 2016 because I was so impressed with how smooth the first installation went. Not only will they install quality parts and provide a warranty on all parts and labor but Jake the owner was on the jobsite. Plus they were competively priced and had a prompt service. I will only use Storm Irrigation for all my sprinkler needs and would highly recommend them.

It went great. The owner was extremely professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He had great suggestions on where to place the lights and helped me manage my budget while still getting beautiful lighting.

Jake was very punctual (like always) with the installation. The lights look INCREDIBLE and our neighbors have started to install them, too. It's amazing how lighting transforms your property. Jake did a great job with installing our sprinkler system for our new house. We got many bids, and all of the other companies want to rush to install the sprinkler system. Storm was the only company that recommended that we not install the system immediately due to the sod not being completely set in. Storm uses quality Rain Bird and Hunter products and we could not be happier with the price and quality of installation. Storm also threw in a rain sensor, something the other companies charged extra for.

I contacted Jake at Storm Irrigation on Monday, 07/25 because our sprinkler system wouldn't turn off and all of our heads weren't running (first summer in this house). He was able to make it out for service by 8am the next morning. He was here for less than an hour and 100% solved the problem. In addition to solving the issue, he made sure he knew how to run the system/programs. I would definitely recommend him!
