Eagle Services

I have been using Eagle Services for years! They are by far the best! They are very responsive and courteous and priced right! You can't go wrong with them!

They seemed very responsive and did the switchouts for dumpsters when we needed. The problem is when we got to the end and we needed the dumpster picked up. Our contractor was the one that ordered them and we paid him for the dumpsters. Eagle Services refused to pick up the dumpster until the invoice was paid and we couldn't get a response from our contractor. This dumpster was blocking our driveway and we don't have street parking and we needed it removed. Because it took so long to get a hold of our contractor, they even charged a $112 rental fee on an already overpriced dumpster. The worst part is they charged this fee after they sent us an invoice without it, but again refused to pick up without that extra payment. The person on the phone was really rude and unprofessional and completely unwilling to work with us, even though it was clearly not our problem. Maybe collect a credit card payment in advance next time like a normal business?? Why punish the end customer for something the contractors do? We ended up paying for these dumpsters twice and the additional fee that they so conveniently forgot to invoice. Horrible service and rules!
