Everything was done by the end of the day as promised. Whenever there is an issue with my vehicle, I can always count on Yeck to diagnose and correct the problem. It's not a guessing game like some other repair shops in the metro area.

We bought a Groupon about a year ago that included 4 oil changes and some other services. We've been using them for a year. I've not actually used them but my girlfriend seems pretty pleased with them. My vehicle has been serviced by them and I've had no issues. The price has seemed pretty reasonable.

I have gone to Yeck's Auto Repair for 37 years and have not had one complaint. You might find somewhere else a little cheaper but not with the integrity, concern for the satisfaction of the customer and a guarantee of a job well done. Highly recommended.

Helped us out twice with a "challenging" towing need. Had the same guy both times and he did an excellent job and was very friendly.

Yecks found the water leak to be the water pump, and a bypass hose. They also discovered that there was an intake manifold leak, a fuel injector leak, 2 of the 8 cylinders were badly misfiring, and that the gear shift lever broke off inside the steering column when they tried to change gears from park to reverse. After all these problems were found, and evaluated for economical repair on this 1999 Chevy truck with 180,000 miles; their recommendation was to abandon the idea of repair and proceed with selling the truck to a salvage dealer. The costs to repair might run a couple thousand dollars and that would exceed the value of the truck, and there was no guarantee that after all the problems noted above were corrected, that more problems would not surface. So we followed their advice and made arrangements to sell the truck to a salvage yard. I believe that we got a very fair and accurate evaluation of the condition of this vehicle and were not pressured into a repair situation that would cost a lot of money and possibly not fix the underlying problem of having a vehicle that had reached it's life expectancy.

I need to emphasize that I have not paid for anything. I am not even given an opportunity to do so. Again, I feel like I am hit in my face and because of this, I would not recommend my disabled/hearing impaired friends to this place.

Gave them my vehicle and they gave me a loaner car to drive. I received a call explaining the exact problems, what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. During the conversation I was given the options to the repair of the throttle control, either clean it and wait to see if the engine light comes back on in which case the throttle control will need to be replaced but he suggested we try to clean it and wait to see if that fixes the problem. The turn signal is a safety issue and it needed a new relay.

It went great. It did take a week to get in, but they worked on it promptly after I took it in. It was an expensive repair but they called me and explained what was going on before fixing it. A few days after the repair they called me to say they submitted me for a rebate on the brakes. I got the rebate card about 5 weeks later. It was only $25 but still a nice thing to do.

They did a great job. They drove me back home nd a few days later they came to my house to take me to pick up my car. Very professional and a great group of people working there. I love their news letter. If i hadn't seen the news letter I wouldn't have known about their specials.

I've had breaks, air conditioning, water pump, belts, tune-ups, and a variety of other things done to multiple vehicles and have never been disappointed or felt like I paid for something I really didn't need.

I brought my wife's truck to Tuffy and they charged $500 for stuff that didn't actually need repair. It was running rough and chugging. I dropped it off on Sunday and called them Monday when they opened. They were able to look at it on Tuesday and called wed with results. We had a spark plug wire that was arching and a bad ground wire to the PCM....both of which were overlooked by Tuffy. They replaced the bad ground wire and I replaced the spark plug wires...the truck hasn't run this great in years! I will definitely go back. They offer coupons on their website and were very nice. Great shop, I feel like they are trustworthy and out for repeat business, not just cash.

My A/C pump had a leak. They did a dye test and discovered a major leak which would cost me over a thousand dollars. They called me promptly and explained to me and my husband the diagnosis in a very simple and easy to understand manner. They were also very courteous and honest. I will bring my car in next year before summer starts to get the A/C fixed. The location is in Bellevue, quite far from my Omaha dwelling, but worth the trip. Thanks!

Everything was good. I've used them or a lot of stuff. They are pretty much the best mechanic around here. I've spent anywhere from $50-$1,000. I sold the car I used to take to them and I took it to them all the time. They are very professional. They will handle problems with cars at a decent price and better than a dealership with as good workmanship as a dealer. I would highly recommend them.

To begin, my wife called with a cryptic cell call telling me her car "just shut down." My dad and I went to our garage and found an orange-ish liquid that felt more viscous than water on the garage floor. Suspecting transmission, she made it to the Huber Cadillac (she has a Saturn) if by chance it was power train. The told us it was a cracked radiator and wanted $1100 to fix it. I called around and found Yeck's. We were able to get the car there and Steve took a thorough look at it. Upon inspection, he told us that not only was the radiator cracked, but the water pump had gone bad and that is what caused the radiator issue. Yeck's charged us $1250 for the radiator, water pump and a new serpentine belt. When I went to pick up the car, Steve took the time to show me what they had done and pinpointed the areas where the old parts failed (and showed me). Through the entire ordeal, Steve and Kathy (the receptionist) were just great! Very professional and informative. I will use them for all my car care in the future!

The work was great. It is a really good place to take my car to. They are very professional and courteous. They do not charge more than they should, which is always a good thing. They bend over backwards to do a good job, and I really like them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They were very nice, and explained everything. They also told me which things HAD to be done at that time and which things could be done later. I was very impressed with them. They got me in and fixed my car all in the same day. They weren't cheap, but they weren't expensive. I'll definitely be using them again. Their business has been around for a while to my understanding.
