Contacted Roman again in early June and was told that it had been raining a lot and they were behind schedule but it shouldn't be too much longer. I continued to contact them every couple of weeks and was told the same thing. Finally in September I was told that I may want to find another companY if I was in such a hurry. I told him that I would wait if they could do it in early spring. I have not heard from Roman Painting. Of course from the beginning I always was the one doing the calling. Very disappointing.
Description of Work: Received estimate in May and contacted him to schedule the job. Was told that I would e contacted a few days before they were going to start. Never heard anything more unless I initiated the contact

Response from Roman Painting LLC
Exterior estimate 8-25-13, for $3,310. Exterior invoice date 5-1214 for $3,310 we were not abel to fit into the fall schedule of 13 due to workload and weather. Exterior painting two coats of chosen color and trin trim on front took two days to complete. [Member name removed] was happy with the work, he did call back for a touch-up on the front of the house by a exterior light and I took care of that promptly. [Member name removed] had no further complaints. Asked for deck staining in May of 2014. Bid was give on 5-18-14 for $975.00 power washing and staing of deck to his chosen color. Deck was completed in 7-14. for $975.00 Im Curiouse as to why he would have called for his deck to be done if he was not happy with his exterior painting, thus the F rating. In May of 2015 I received a call from [Member name removed] stating that he was concerned with how his deck looked. I went and made a visual inspection and did not see anthing out of the ordinary considering the type of wood, age of the wood, and the stain color choice he had made,It was a very light toner color and reported back to him. On 7-6-15 I recieved a email from [Member name removed] saying "I'm standing at my patio door SEETHING at how my patio looks". I repied back stating that I was sorry for that and said I had already looked at his deck and could not find anything wrong with it,as I had reported back to him in the spring. I then explained the procedure of application of the material we used and that appying too much stain would result in puddling and non-absorption which would result in peeling. He repied back attacking me rather harsly calling me unethical and insulting my integrity. Once the tone of the email turned dark I no longer replied. On July 7th his bad review shows up on Angies list one year later. November 10th 2015 I receive a phone call from [Member name removed] asking if me if I had a record of the color we painted his home, he had a new roof instaled and the roofers damaged the side of house and he needed touch- up paint. Itold him we always leave a gallon of paint behind for touch-up and the color would be on top of the can. He phoned me back saying he could not find the can, I did a little digging threw my paint store reciepts and found his color and phoned him back with it. I told him if he needed my help with the touch-up's to please call me. He thanked me for looking that up for him, he never mentioned his deck or not being happy with the result or the previouse emails.

Sent email for an estimate. The provider emailed asking for address of work place address, stated an estimate would be mailed; never heard from provider again.

Terribly sorry I didn't get you your estimate. I have been very buisy this summer and you simply must have gotten lost in the shuffle. I appologize for any inconvenience. I would suggest in the future calling or emailing your contractor directly instead of the contact through Angies list.

Great work as always. I had one new door that didnt match my oak doors, he caught it and stained it to match without me even knowing it and no extra charge. Done on time and good clean up as always. 2 jobs now by Roman, interior and exterior both great!

Great contact by phone and email, arrived on time and on the date planned. Did a beautiful job and even kept us from a bad choice in colors. Well done and kept area neat and clean the entire time, finished in 2 days despite extreme heat. Workers were professional, friendly and hard working. Needed nearly nothing, they just showed up and worked hard until finished Cleaned up perfectly, absolutely no negatives in the whole process. I highly recommend Roman painting.

Mike Roman of Roman Painting in Bellevue, NE submitted a written estimate with a full description of work to be done and products to be used. The crew was prompt, courteous and very professional, they were so quiet we hardly knew they were here. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the work they did for us. It's so nice to find someone who not only takes great pride in their work but also seems to enjoy what they're doing!!!! We highly recommend them.

They were professional, efficient, skilled, and fast. They carefully moved and replaced furniture and things hanging on the walls. It only took the two painters a little over a day to do everything. Roman Painting has painted the exteriors of several houses in my neighborhood and they look great. We will definitely hire them again when we are ready to have the exterior of hour house painted.

I really like them. They're quick to respond by email. They don't make a mess. They're quick in the house. They were polite. They didn't get in the way of things. They didn't mind my dogs, which was helpful.
Description of Work: We used Roman Painting for interior and exterior painting. They did the outside this spring and last fall they did the inside. For the exterior this spring, it was about $2000 or $2500. They weren't the most expensive but they weren't the cheapest.

Description of Work: I have used Roman Painting for my inside main floor, entire outside of the house and a basement. Quality work, punctual and very respectful while on-site. Good service gets return customers and I've used them separately now 3 times with others in the neighborhood also using them multiple times.

They were nice but I chose another service provider. They were professional and gave me a good quote. My overall experience with them was excellent. They took a long time to get me a piece of information and while they were away I hired someone else.

One word. EXCELLENT
Description of Work: My entire house was professionally caulked, sealed, and painted on the hottest day of the year with no complaints from the men. They were punctual (7:59 a.m.), professional, (I even tried to make funny faces through the glass at one of them and later when I asked why he didn't look back, he said, "Ma'am, we're not here to look in your house; we're here to paint. I'm sorry if I offended you.") and my house looks amazing. Mike Roman, the owner, was very helpful when I was unsure of what colors to select and they were done in approximately 7 hours. If you are considering painting your house, this company is truly professional and you should give them a call. You will NOT be disappointed.
