Pride Siding, Roofing & Seamless Gutters

Someone had posted Adonis's contact info and offer to clear snow from roofs following all the precipitation we have had recently. Called in the morning and he was able to get out here that afternoon. Cleared the snow and icicles and cleaned up anything that fell on drive, deck, or path to front door. He walked me through some concerns about the ice build up and other issues he saw around my roof. I will be calling him again in the spring to add gutter guards as well as some small fixes.

The work was outstanding. I informed the insurance company the owner Adonis would represent me. I turned everything over to hem. I had already had a claim adjuster check the damage. Adonis ask for another claims adjuster and pointed out areas that had been missed. My whole roof had to be replaced. That included all the wood under the asphalt and all gutters. I give hem a copy of the adjusters paper work. All work was within code and inspected.

Excellent. Adonis communicated with us prior and after the work was done. Quality of the work was great. Could not be happier, and would definitely hire again and recommend this company to others.

Adonis was very knowledgable about the amount of damage we currently had to our wood siding and the subsequent vinyl siding product we ended up purchasing. He was in constant communication with us via text and phone so we knew what was on the daily agenda and trying to work around the freezing winter weather. He provided honest feedback throughout and we plan to hire his company in the future for other projects. He has gained our trust and is now in our family circle!

And within 24 hours of speaking with Adonis, he had assessed the gutter situation, described in detail the problem, sent me pictures, met with me, said he could fix it, explained my options, and one of his crews began work the next day. I was so thankful. He was respectful, very informative, honest, and professional. He has a professional pickup and trailer with his company name on both (this is important to me). The work was done quickly, correctly, and at a reasonable price. Adonis made this situation easy and simple for me. Now have new gutters that look great and will function properly during a downpour.
