Description of Work: contracted for retaining wall replacement, patio replacement, parking pad install, and concrete path around garage for wheelchair access, and replace substandard ramps(2) with a re-enforced ramp and steps on the other side. did not follow directions to make multi-tiered retaining walls(2), was continually late, didnot meet dates, did not perform beyond minimal effort to accomplish basic effort expected. did not get any permits, nor was any of his work inspected, was not the product he had implied with his portfolio of pictures of supposedly accomplished work. instead of one and half to two weeks.. promised in september, he continually worked other jobs and failed to appear dragging the work through Christmas!
