DEMONT'S OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE

Demont's mowed my lawn three times. On the third mowing they left a large gash in my 10 year old Sunburst Locust tree. I called with the intention of just asking them to be more careful, assuming I would get an apology, and I got "I'll come by and see if we did it." The damage was done by a lawn mower. An idiot could see that. I had a tree service look at it to make sure it was going to be OK. The tree will survive but I didn't appreciate the attitude. They never did come look at the tree. After leaving two messages asking them to look at the tree I left one telling them their contract with me was cancelled and to send an invoice. This is very poor customer service. This is the worst customer service from a mowing contractor I've ever dealt with in 30 years of being a home owner.

Brandon Delmont, from Delmont Outdoor Maintenance comes every two weeks to mow the lawn and trim the shrubs when needed. We started using him four months ago and he is very nice. He is always willing to do everything the way we ask and cleaning up everything beautifully. Delmont's does great work!
