Perfect, could not have done a better job, very satisfied!

The hot tub line put in wrong. 1. It was in a very difficult place to unplug it, which I asked Christian not to do. 2. The outlet was wrong and the hot tub wouldn't plug in. I had to beg him to come back and fix it since he had already been paid. 3. ELECTRICAL LINE NOT DEDICATED like we paid him for... but we found that out much later when we turned off the panel switch for the hot tub and it also turned off basement fridge, that had a turkey in it for thanksgiving. This hot tub is small and to help with cronic arthritis and we were disappointed with his attitude and Christian did not do what he was paid $250.00 to do.

Provider asked for no payment even though he performed a house visit. Honest and courteous.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Christian, A.J., and his team! These guys were very knowledgeable, polite, professional, hardworking and positive! Our job proved to be more difficult than was anticipated and took much longer, but Christian and the guys never let on if they were ever frustrated or tired. Instead, they made us feel like their top priority, like they were happy to be there, and made us feel completely at ease. It was clear from the very beginning that our safety was very important to them and we feel 100% better knowing that our electrical is now safe and up to code. In addition, the bid we received from Crossroads was much lower than 2 other bids we got and yet the work was top-notch--a true bargain considering all the work they did over 3 very long days. Rena in the office was also great about answering all of my questions (and I had a lot) and making me feel at ease with the project. I would not hesitate to hire Christian and his team again and highly, highly, recommend them, especially if you have an old home (1920's) like ours. Christian gave me the price and stuck to it, which I appreciated. Soft spoken, nice guy who is very competent . I would hire him again.

I wasn't there when they came out. They didn't really do a lot of electrical work but they located an issue and explained it to us. We would probably use them again.

Christian was very good. We called for an estimate and he came out the next day to see what we wanted down. After he got the information, he had an estimate for us in less than a week. Soon after we accepted the estimate, he and another person came out and did the work in two days as he had quoted. Both were very cordial and they cleaned up each evening before leaving. We were very satisfied with the work. He notified the inspector and everything passed. We would contact him again if we need further electrical work.

I was thrilled and so was my son! If this had not worked Christian would have made himself available to come out to repair. I will be using and recommending Crossroads in the future!

Hired by my General Contractor and was very dependable. Did excellent work! Communicated to us if there were any issues! And sent me a hand written thank you card when their business was complete with us. I would definitely use Christian again! Great Service and Great Guy! Paid my GC and do not know the amount the cost of work.

I can't remember the price they gave for the estimate. I bought the light fixtures, the quote was just for labour. They told me how they would do it. They were professional and reliable. I would use them in the future. They were responsive and professional. I would hire them in the future.

Excellent, professional service. Took shoes off at door (had been at a muddy job site prior), listened carefullly, examined issues of concern, and, in troubleshooting possible issues on whole house attic fan, quickly discovered issue with wiring (after examining switch and wiring hookups). He was able to quickly get it running again (it had worked for 20 + years but just stopped one season at attempted use). When I asked his fee, he said that he had not given me an estimate in advance so it wouldn't be fair to charge me anything! Of four other electrical contractors with big, impressive ads in yellow pages, 1 didn't show up, 3 others sent a and quot;rookieand quot; who wasn't quite thorough in my view or sent an estimator, very professional, but didn't even try to troubleshoot fan. Got fan estimates of from $279 to almost $600 to check for issue, and $979 to replace whole fan. It was a simple fix that Chris quickly identified at no cost at all! He is a one man shop and does the work himself. He also followed up on other questions I had regarding my electical panel within 36 hours and identified an issue with a kitchen overhead light that other electricians either didn't know or didn't bother to even quickly check with a voltage meter without a fee. I will use Chris Lind of Crossroads Electric again. Honest, dependable service.
