Carpet Pro was hired by my renter to clean their carpet at the end of their tenancy. There was a large stain that the cleaning didn't get out. The proprietor was asked to return to remove the stain. He performed a light clean of the stain area - the carpet was damp, so you couldn't tell if the stain was completely out. There was no charge for this first return visit to back up his work. The stain was partially still there, so the proprietor was asked to return again. This time the offending carpet area was cleaned very well, and the stain was removed. HOWEVER, the proprietor charged me for the follow-up cleaning, EVEN AFTER I COMPLAINED. His comment was that he'd come back one time free of charge, but after that you had to pay. This is a company that doesn't fully stand behind it's work, and I would definitely NOT recommend them.

Incredibly fast and reliable service! It has been raining all month and it finally caught up to my basement. My carpet and pad was soaked. I called Carpet Pro at 9:00pm and he was here at 9:10pm. I couldn't believe how fast he was. He extracted the water from the pad and carpet then cleaned and sanitized the are too. He then left a blower overnight to dry the ramaining carpet. Extemely nice and professional. He was very sympathetic with my needs and fair on the price as well. Thanks! I will definitely use Carpet Pro again!

They are fairly inexpensive and they do a very good job. I used them before when I needed the carpets cleaned at my old house. They do a very good job of getting out pet stains. They are very reasonable and dependable.
