It was a great experience. I've been using them for a long time. The overall job was great. They came on a Monday and they offered to come on Sunday but we were kind of handled, not having heat for a day. They came early Monday morning and took care of it within a short period of time. Everything has been fine since then. They had to go out and get the part and by the end of March they were not doing a lot of furnace repair, they were trying to look at air conditioning maintenance.
Description of Work: I used Allan's Repair Svc to replace a part on my furnace.
