+ 0 moreI hired this company to come fix my chimney. The guy showed up on time and evaluated the damage. I paid him $50 to do this and the evaluation lasted 2 minutes. The chimney guy said he would do the repair but he never came back. I called the office and talked to the secretary. I explained the situation but never received a phone call back. I would recommend this company for cleaning and not repairing.

Description of Work: He cleaned and inspected our fireplace, which we use heavily in the winter. Although we've owned the house for six years, this is the first time we've had it cleaned...we were an accident waiting to happen! He was on time, polite, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. Very professional! We'll definitely use Abbey Road again, next fall, not in six years, and I would easily recommend their services to anyone.

The rate was very reasonable. They worked quickly and timely. They were great and made sure to clean up after themselves.

This company was able to schedule me within two days from the time that I called them. I will be using them again in the future. The price was average because I called around and got quotes over the phone.
Description of Work: We had him clean two chimneys in our house. He cleaned them with a brush and a rod. He started on the top of the roof and worked his way down the chimney. He did clean up the area around the chimney and where the logs lay for us as well.
