Working with Schoen's Roofing was a great experience. Mindy at the front desk was a tremendous help and pointed me in the right direction. They replaced my roof, gutters, fascia, and soffit. The crew arrived on time and made every effort to make sure everything was cleaned up. I will definitely be hiring Schoen's again when we do our siding!

They did a fantastic job with my roof, fascia, soffits, and gutters. I will definitly be using their services in the future for my siding and anything else that arises. Friendly. Efficient. and Reasonably priced.

they were amazing they told me what to do step by step made the process very easy worked with my insurance all I really had to do was pick my colors. they were absolutely amazing, they were punctual and very nice and very responsive if I had questions.

Fast workers, but several leaks have since occurred. Manager is temperamental and poor communicator. Refuses to work on our roof now.

They are expensive. They do good work. They do not clean up after themselves and they live nails everywhere. They are the only roof providers around here.

I apologize for the nails. I'm not sure what happened at your house when you found nails but I do take pride in our clean up. Doing a roof can be a mess. You had 28 sq between your house and your garage. At 360 nails a sq, you have 10,080 nails holding those shingles on your roof. It's our job to make sure every one of those 10,080 nails make it to the landfill and not in your foot or your tire. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work for you.

I'm sorry about the confusion we had on the phone sir, this was clearly a misunderstanding. I was called to look at a roof at 2703 Elk st. for a guy that was on vacation for a few weeks. So I did and found hail damage to his roof, gutters, window and door trim and his window well covers had holes in them. When you called saying you just got back from vacation and found a sign in your yard and asked what was going on, I thought you were the guy at 2703 elk st. So I explained to you what I found and you got mad at me because your adjuster said there was no damage and that I was just trying to sell another job. That is not what I do, I don't try to sell jobs. People call me when they need help and I offer my services to everyone for free. I give you my honest opinion and if you don't like my services, no hard feelings. I work very hard to give my very best customer service. After you hung up on me with a very stern attitude it bothered me for awhile. When your real estate agent called me asking whats going on, I simply told her and soon realized we were not talking about the same house and that I had never been there. I don't know how my sign ended up in your yard, maybe some kids took it from one down the street and placed it in yours, I don't know. I am sorry for the confusion, and hope that some day you can see how my services are second to none and that people call me because they know they can trust me. Thanks!!!

Roofer provided material, arrived on time and worked efficiently. The job was completed on time and as described and lookls great. The price did not change, and they showed me what they had done and explained the details. They are guaranteeing that the roof will not leak. I was positively impressed by their personal and character as someone I could trust. The earlier roofing company that I had used to work on my house was exactly the opposite. It is great to have someone you can trust.
