David did a great job in that he was able to start the job in a timely manner, as in two days later. Our house was cleaned and he did not hurt our landscaping in any way.

Booking with David and Front Range was a breeze--I found him on the Thumbtack app, and he came highly reviewed and recommended. Though he did not live in the same town as us (Boulder, CO) he made a point of traveling out to where we live on his own time to look at our home and to give us an estimate. Then booking directly with him over the phone was very convenient, and I was astounded by how quickly and thoroughly he got the job done. He brought all his own equipment and within hours the windows & gutters were sparkling and clean. Throughout the experience communicating him was a true pleasure--David is extremely kind, personable, and professional. There were other companies we got bids from for the job, as we were selling our home on a deadline and needed whomever could get in most quickly and get the job done. I ultimately chose David over the other bids because he came across as such a good, thoughtful, conscientious human being, not to mention he was able to help us out almost immediately. I prefer working directly with people, not automated booking services, and with David the experience was personal. You knew he cared tremendously about his quality of work and was going to take personal pride in doing it well. I would 110% recommend David Gilchrist and Front Range Power Washing to anyone looking for a high quality and very reasonably priced power washer.

Dave arrived on time, took a look at the problem, and assured me that he could remove the mold from the sidewalk and the fence. Dave was methodical in his work and made all the mold disappear. I would definitely use Dave in the future.

I had renters in the house for 2 years and it was not like I left it. Dave made it feel clean again. Dave showed up on time. He was professional and did a fabulous job! And Dave is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
