Rod Russell

The project went so smooth and pleasant that not only was I amazed but other family members were impressed with his work and my sons want to proceed with other projects that have been neglected for so long. (My sons are funding the projects) We was all impressed about how Rod found and fixed air leaks in our home and how much warmer it was in our house, and we are excited to have Rod return to fix more problems that cause our high heating bill. It didn't take long for us to see the results of the improvements Rod made in the short time he was here, in the 1st 12 hours we turned out thermostat down 3 degrees. I had air leaks around the door in my bedroom, the morning after Rod fixed them I woke up sweating and have turned my room heater down significantly. I am impressed because Rod came to my house without any fancy equipment, yet fixed and identified problems left behind AFTER a formal heat efficiency audit was conducted by a weatherization company (and a "complete" weatherization). Additionally we was impressed because Rod isn't wasteful, nor does he expect high priced materials to get the job completed. Rod demonstrates knowledge and enthusiasm for the projects in subject, his work is quick and efficient, neatly and properly done. I was extremely excited to learn that Rod could make improvements to our home that previous professionals had told me were not possible. In addition, Rod is able to make these improvements without costing me a tremendous amount of money and was actually willing to take money saving short cuts without compromising quality. In this instance, a custom door would have cost us between $500 and $800, Rod is planning to take a regular door and modify it to meet the need, saving me hundreds of dollars. As we can afford more improvements to our home, it will be Rod we call on.
