+ -1 moreI am used to the type of customer service where you make one call and are told the information you need. With this situation you have to make several phone calls and get nothing accomplished. Its like talking to a brick wall.
Description of Work: We bought a home built by GE Peters and never will again. Very poor customer service, takes months to do work that takes minutes to complete.
