"This is the second time that I have used these guys. My basement bathroom was backing up and flooding anytime we used the upstairs bathroom or sinks. This happened Saturday night and Tony showed up Sunday morning to fix it. He was very professional answering all my questions and keeping me very informed of everything he was doing and looking at. He even found another problem and was able to give me a accurate quote on what it will be so I can look at fixing it before it becomes a bigger problem. "Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited."
