It was terrible. The contractor charged me $1200 for his so called services. My a/c unit only worked for 1 day.and instead of looking for leak he would just keep putting freon. I finally decided to try other contractors. It took a total of 3 contractors to fix the problems that Z and S Sheet Metal did for another $1300 dollars. In the end I am posting this to save other people the headaches of going through the motions of fighting the statement they said I owed from them to the extent of going to court and fighting for what I thought was fair. Unfortunately, in the state of Nebraska there is a law when a contractor works on your home you have to pay them, regardless of the job performance and overall satisfaction of the customer.

It was HORRIBLE!!! First off, the furnace that the worker (Jared) recommended, shouldn't have been installed in our home. Afterwards we found out that it isn't appropriate for the size of our home. And second, he had NO IDEA what he was doing! Nothing was up to code, and his answer was, "Those codes don't apply to everyone.". But we live in town, so yes, they do apply to us. He showed up every day around 10 or 11, not at 8 or 9 like he had said he would. And after 1 hour or so of doing nothing, he would take a 3 or 4 hour lunch break, then come back for an hour or two and then go home. When he left each day, he didn't clean up any of his mess! He would leave dangerous tools laying all over the house for my small children to get a hold of. He drilled holes in my walls that weren't supposed to be there, then had to have a friend of his come fix them all. We finally fired him when it became apparent that nothing was being done correctly and we couldn't take it any more. We've had to have another company come and try to correct his work over 20 times, and it still doesn't work right. Save yourself the money and your sanity and DO NOT hire this company!!!
