 + -1 moreWent very well. Kelley called early on 7/5/11 after I had called 7/3/11 that my AC was down. He was to our home by 9:30 AM. I could have called a 24/7 AC service but decided we could wait until Kelley could get to us. We like to use local providers whenever possible. He has been overwhelmed with service calls since it started to get hot in Nebraska. System was up and running in less than an hour and has performed very well in the current spell of hot,humid weather.
Description of Work: Kelley Iverson checked AC which went down over the long 4th weekend on 7/5/11. Found refrigerant was low and added 3# R-22. System is working fine on this very hot and humind July 17th in Albion,NE. My evaporator coil has a slow leak and has lost refrigerant since May of 2008 when Kelley performed the same maintenance. He has recommended that the evaporator coil be replaced but has not been pushy about it. I am in the process of getting other bids but will probably have Kelley do the work since he is local and tries to respond asap. Always buy Albion.
