 + 0 moreWe had a really good experience with them. Their price was good. They charged us $4,800. We did some comparing and that seemed to be a fair deal for what they did. It was a lot of work. They came out and worked really hard. They did a good job. They had a very nice demeanor. They were very respectful. They were also quick, which is really unusual in Williston.
Description of Work: Mon-Dak Heating & Plumbing Incorporated put in a new furnace and a chimney liner for us. They also made our air conditioning work.

 + 0 moreOverall, I am very dissatisfied with their service. I would honestly pay more to have the work done in a somewhat more timely fashion and to have my phone calls returned than wait 6+ months for Mon-Dak to and quot;maybeand quot; return my calls.
Description of Work: We have used Mon-Dak Heating & Plumbing on several occassions to recharge our ac. They took approximately 2 to 7 days to get here, which in this region is not bad right now. They were very friendly and polite. I also called them in the fall of 2012 to install a new heating and cooling unit as well as move some duct work and do some plumbing in the adjacent bathroom prior to remodeling that bathroom. After about 2 months a plumber called to come and fix an estimate for the plumbing work, but I never received any estimate, and it is April of 2013 and I still have not heard back about the heating and ac. I will go elsewhere for my heating and plumbing needs.

 + 0 moreVery well. We waited about a week for them to come and do the work, which is very good for our area, only took a few hours to install and they stuck to the estimated price exactly.
Description of Work: Removed old airconditioner and installed new one.

 + -1 moreThey were able to come out right away and the other companies said they were too busy to come out and they were able to come out in a couple of days. Where we live there is a lot of oil spills so when you call the companies they say they are not taking any new customers. If we lived somewhere that was less busy they would be able to come out right away, but where we are it still took a couple of days.
Description of Work: They unplugged a toilet, one of the kids put something in and clogged it.
